Savouring my craving, finally....

Back To The City!

We went back to Haikou City after 4 nights stay at the village. I was so happy to go back to the hotel we stayed. No more strong winds most importantly.

I missed the thick blanket and the warm feeling after tucking myself in.. And the queen size bed that hubby kindly let me have it myself!

Another Day, Another Village

I can't remember the name of this village. We went there on the 2nd day of CNY.
We stayed for lunch and mum-in-law had quick catching-up with the distant relatives there.

Oh, the lunch was so good that I ate mutton stew for the first time in my life.
No. not chicken. I'm still staying away from chicken at the moment :P

Besides lotsa firecrackers, we (or hubby to be exact) also did a lot of praying to the temple.

I was totally beaten by the weather and the road trip. I only joined this one trip to pray the ancestors...

春天来了

The Sun came out. The weather was friendlier. On the 1st day of CNY, we got to enjoy the beautiful outdoor with less layers of clothes (finally!)

Not for long though.. the wind came back in the evening... and stayed as long as we were in Hainan! :(
