Balloons And Cakes: It's Party Time!

It was a long day out on Saturday! The ride started out to Telok Blangah to attend Jarrett's Birthday party. Chloe has since started to face front in her car seat. Is this a new milestone? hehe Poor baby has been sweating a lot everytime she's in her car seat. Improvements seen when we made the changes yesterday!

And I can take pictures more often with her now :)

Then we arrived at Joyce's place to see the birthday boy is still sound asleep! How cute! The picture below was taken briefly after Jarrett woke up and changed.

The parents enjoyed the buffet lunch. Yumz!

And helped ourselves taking pictures at every corner of the house :P

Later in the evening, we arrived at Kayden's birthday party held at Rivervale Crest. Another great party filled with balloons and yummy food! It was good to see Sylvia and family after many failed attempts to meet-up. Hiak! Kayden boy boy is another potential playdate for Chloe hohoho.....

And surprise, surprise, I get to see an old time buddy too, Kate!

Once upon a time, Princess Chloe got too bored of all her toys..

She's figuring a lot of ways to self-entertain,
whilst exploring more of the surroundings.

Then the Queen suggested horse-riding,
it's so much safer than rock-climbing, the queen thought....

So there she was, happy riding! The Queen was relieved, phew...

Then came the King to join Princess Chloe too!

Oh the King and Princess had lotsa fun!!!

* No horse was hurt for this post. This was just one of the silly things we did over the weekend :P

Testing One, Two, Three

I had only managed to try on my new Lumix in the house up til now. Haven't familiarized myself with the functions. So far I like the auto mode which I think it lives up to its name, intelligent Auto! Pictures are more crisp than those taken in Ixus.

One big headache though, I can't seem to figure out how to make the camera be friendlier to my yellow lighting in all 3 rooms!
