The Hair, The Mozzie Bite and The 怕怕 Sign
I managed to sneak Chloe to my office on Monday for a short while. My colleagues went Ga-Ga over her standing hair. I didn't know that spiky hair could be so remarkable to them. Second most received comment was how come Chloe has much bigger eyes than her Mama? err.... >.<
Caught some mozzie buzzing in the house lately. Shoot! Only managed to snap 2 out of don't know how many. Darn mozzie for biting my Chloe's face. In fact she got bitten on her ears too!
Chloe does a lot of 怕怕 gestures on cues, especially when MIL asked, "怕不怕奶奶打? " Yes, apparently she has been naughty enough to deserve some beats landed on her thigh. I hope they are light though :)
I can't wait for hubby to come home tonight, it's been exceptionally quiet for the past few days. Chloe says "Ba Ba" less frequent too. She went... B...B...Bo...Boo..B..Bah... looked like having difficulty in pronouncing the word.

A Cosy Sunday
It's always nice catching up with TH & Sabrina, especially on a nice lazy afternoon, at their nice cosy home. Last Sunday was such a day.
These days, it's taking a while for Chloe to adapt to new environment, meeting different people. Her separation anxiety is at its peak.
It took some time for Chloe to warm up and started interacting with Sabrina. Then she started to play with Jasper's toys, and moved on to grab what Jasper was holding on too.
Soon enough, you'll see these 2 babies turning toddlers. How time flies!

怕怕
Apart from saying "Ba Ba" yesterday, Chloe learnt the hand gesture of 怕怕. And she did it on cue this morning when MIL asked her to. She would open her palm and tap on her chest. I was pretty impressed!
MIL claimed she learnt it on the spot yesterday, taught by some aunties who visited. Wow :) But how come she just didn't want to do clapping, and waving bye, which I teach each and everday!
Hmph! Anyway, I'm happy :)

Ba Ba Ba Ba
For the first time in her life, today Chloe called up for Papa, "Ba Ba Ba Ba!" That must be Chloe's little surprise before hubby flying for biz trip tonight.
Hubby simply melted. Proud. Happy. And again, very proud of his little girl! I bet he'll miss Chloe badly more than missing me, during his 4-day-trip.
Anyway, I can't wait for some Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma soon :)

Chloe All Dressed Up

And seemed a bit upset when we were on her way to drop her at IL's place.

We attended another wedding dinner yesterday, without Chloe. Yes, SIL offered her help again :) How nice! Chloe even took all her gears (read: milk bottles, pacifiers) to stay over at IL's house.Though I missed her during the dinner, I think it's still the right choice to leave her with SIL. For the music is too loud, the yum seng is too loong, and most importantly she won't have to compensate her beauty sleep! Plus, hubby and I could enjoy ourselves during the dinner :P
The dinner took place at ONEº15 at Sentosa. Nice view and ambience really, but sadly the food they served was quite a letdown. Anyway, some photos to share from my decent camera: (Hint: try not to enlarge 'cos the noise is too much!)

Look! No Support!
I heard hubby shouting from the living room this evening, "Dearrrrrr, faster come..... take a look!!!"
We were happy to see Chloe making steady improvement physically. There she stood holding hubby's comic for about 15 seconds.

Baby's Day Out
"Hello all! How did you spend your Saturday? I had a great outing with my parents. As promised, Papa is bringing me and Mama out shopping more often these days :)"
"I don't exactly know what adults like so much about shopping. Though I certainly love to see (and grab) all the stuff in my surroundings!"
"Like this huge grey bear I saw at Takashimaya, he looks really cute and huggable... Too bad I can't have it..."
"As much as I loved to go out, there's a downside to it. I had to pose a lot for Mama. I had to be the fashion victim this afternoon with this obviously oversized cap.. Duh!!"

"But it did look kinda hip on me! Ssh.. don't tell my Mama that okie?"
"You see, that's the thing about my Mama.. She's never get bored of taking my pictures! Sometime buay tahan her leh..."
