Eversince the B Words post, Chloe has started to open her golden mouth a little more.

Here's what she's 'speaking' now:
• Nie for Barney
• Bop for Baby Bop
• Ball for well, ball! cos it's so near to calling out Bho4 :P
• Ba! for Bus
• Aaaaaaaaai (with very long 'a') for 开 kai1 (open)
• Di for Auntie
• Up up up for get up/stand up (mimicking only the 'up' from me)
• And many more 'foreign' languages :P

Baby Kicks At Week 16

It's more than just a movement.
It's now a kick.

Several tiny kicks inside me.
And they came knocking repetitively.

I feel happy oh so happy..

"Baby inside me, you gotta continue growing strong,
Mummy promise to eat more healthily!"

Fiesta Brasilia at United Square

We had a great catch up with Michelle last Saturday at UE Square. Carnivore lunchie at Fiesta Brasilia was rather unique, away from our usual choices. The settings were great, the music was soul recharging. Staffs were friendly and the meat.. oh, i could still feel them in my mouth!

I did the math, and I should be around 27weeks pregnant by then..

Visiting Joyce and Kids

I took child care leave last Friday as mum-in-law went Malaysia for a short break. We took the chance to go visit Joyce and her 3 baobeis. Visiting is less taxing compared to shopping, with an active toddler around.

So, we flagged down a cab straight down to Joyce's place.

There Chloe totally made herself at home. Her 'over-friendliness' and 'self-service' attitudes sometimes make me feel embarassed. But I think Joyce wouldn't mind hor?? :P

Chloe enjoyed playing with Aloysius (6+ yo) and Jonas (4 yo), to my surprise.

It was an overall fun afternoon before hubby came pick us up after work. Not to mention I got to savour Yati's delicious Indon style homecooking. Oh mama-mia~~

Too bad the rain poured heavily before we got to explore the beach...

But we stayed warm and cosy at Aloha Cafe :)

14 Weeks and 3 Days

Saw my gynae last Friday for monthly check up.

Baby is growing well and measuring at 95mm long. Everything went well, baby was kicking non-stop throughout the whole scan. No wonder I've been feeling baby movements on and off since week 13. :)

I'm always delighted to see Dr Adrian (except the expensive fees!). Good thing he has offered a pre-natal package to me as privilege for being a supportive patient.

As now I'm in my 2nd trimester, I have also been prescribed to take DHA and calcium pills daily. Urine test and blood pressure were normal. I dropped 1 kg as compared to past month. Hey, it means a lot to me!! :)

Lastly, scheduled for detailed scan next month. Ooh la la!
